As a Sr. Program Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of business analysts, Project Managers, and implementation specialists to help our clients solve their complex business issues from planning to implementation completion. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide strong team leadership including the communication of timely and accurate information about vision, strategies, and operational/performance objectives

• Responsible for the recruitment, management and on-going development of team members

• Responsible for ensuring that team members successfully manage and meet contract deliverables, on time and within budget

• Recommend and manage the implementation of industry standard practices, systems metrics and tools necessary for team members to successfully deliver on large-scale customer programs

• Proactively gather customer feedback, analyze results and adjust implementation services support accordingly

• Collaborate with Client Relations, Product and Operations teams to develop product roadmaps, ensuring that client feedback is shared and understood

• Work with Client Stakeholders to provide project implementation status updates

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelor Degree

Minimum Years of Experience:

5 year(s)
