Account Management Coordinator

Superior Tube Products, Inc. (STP), an Employee-Owned Company, is looking for a Account Management Coordinator to manage our day-to-day communications with our key account stakeholders. We are looking for a customer-service driven, detailed-oriented person that has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Account Management Coordinator is the primary “face of STP”- they are the go-to within our company in regard to customer orders, parts, and service standards.

•Partners with the Sales Department to develop and implement service strategies

•Performs margin analysis to identify and mitigate price erosion and increase account profitability

•Assists sales in creating, negotiating, and executing agreements with customers

•Works closely with sales and procurement to maintain appropriate inventory levels

•Provides world class service by continuously interacting with customers in the fulfillment of their daily business needs and achievement of on-time-delivery


•Associates degree from college or technical school and five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Ability to handle pressure situations in a professional business manner.

•Experience with Microsoft Office products

•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
