This position is located on the Illinois side. At a vastly growing company.

This is a very fun and friendly company and there is SOOOO much potential for advancement within the company!

Training will be a month long and the hours are from 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

  • WEEKENDS OFF- ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!

Once training wraps up your normal hours will be from 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Job duties include:

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements Include:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • 6000 keystrokes per hour
  • Resume
  • Diploma/GED
  • Bilingual Candidates have the opportunity to make $12.00 per hour

All positions are contingent upon pre-employment drug screen and background check.
