Express Employment is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a local company in Moline, IL!


•Handling phone calls and visitors in a professional, friendly manner

•Managing office flow and provide assistance with paperwork

•Performing office administrative duties

•Scheduling daily appointments

•Assisting co-workers as needed


•High School Diploma/GED

•Firm knowledge of Microsoft programs

•Ability to multitask and prioritize needs

•Excellent organizational skills

This is a 1st shift position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The pay is $10.00-11.00/hour.
