Patient Service Representative

We are an extension of our hospital client’s business office handling customer service for the hospital billing department. You'll be instrumental in helping patients understand their medical bills and offer a variety of solutions in a way that helps both the patient and the hospital.

Essential Job Functions include:

Will use a variety of software applications to review accounts while receiving and placing phone calls. The ability to type and talk is essential. Experience with standard office software and basic math skills are important.

A typical day will include speaking with 60-80 patients about their medical bill. You'll help by taking payments, creating payment plans, explaining the assistance programs available and answering a wide variety of questions.
