November 4, 2009 Customer Service Staff Burke Cleaners Now Hiring for Full and Part-Time Customer Service. Bettendorf, IA

We are looking for individuals that enjoy working with the public, are self motivated and can work in a fast paced environment.

No previous dry-cleaning experience is needed.

Skill Needed:Accurate cash handling skills. Punctual. Basic computer knowledge.

You will need the ability to stand on your feet for at least four hours at a time. Excellent customer service skills - previoius experience required. Professional phone etiquette

Basic Daily Job Duties: Waiting on customers at drop-off and pick up. Taking in dry-cleaning orders over the counter. Handling customer concerns. Making change at order pick up. Doing daily deposits. Light "Housekeeping" in the store. Assembling orders when they come back to the store. Answering the phone

Shifts Available:

Full-time days: Approximatley 35 - 40 hours a week 7 am - 3 pm during the week and 8 am - 2 pm on Saturday Part-time afternoons / evenings: Approximatley 15 - 20 hours a week 1pm - 7 pm during the week and 8 am - 2 pm on Saturday.

General Store Hours: 7 am - 7pm Monday - Friday 8 am - 2 pm Saturday Closed on Sunday.
