Must be able to effectively communicate between the customer and service dept. team
Includes strong interaction between customers, technicians and parts dept. with willingness to assist in any means necessary
Must have some computer proficiency with internet and basic programs
Must have professional outward appearance and the ability to keep work area clean and organized
Working knowledge of truck maintenance shop operation required
CDL Class A is a plus
Accurately write estimates for repairs
Experience / knowledge of all level of repairs major and minor
Responsible for supervision of service technicians to ensure high level of proficiency
Must always be professional and follow company policy
