JOB SUMMARY Acts as a liaison between the guests and the company. Must have knowledge of all areas of the property, player’s club and promotions/events.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members
•Maintain expert knowledge of the department and any other relevant information pertaining to the casino, hotel and promotions
•Maintain complete comprehension and knowledge of the club point system, comps and enrollment of new club members
•Utilize the player tracking system to redeem club points for cash and merchandise
•Ensure complete guest service at the club with a positive and pleasant attitude
•Encourage guest to join the player club and inform them of the benefits of the program
•Enter and update player data information into the computer for members of the player card
•Disbursement of complimentary coupons
•Make announcements on the public address system, when necessary
•Interact with other departments and assist when necessary
•Greet bus groups as they arrive
•Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
•Knowledge of all promotions and events
•All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Excellent customer service skills
•High School graduate or equivalent
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong administrative, organizational and decision making abilities
•Previous computer knowledge preferred
•Must be able to stand, move about freely in an busy environment
•Must be flexible with schedule and able to work nights, weekends and holidays
