JOB SUMMARY: To act as a liaison between casino guests and management. To foster good customer relations. Enact and support marketing strategies in respect to the retention, reclamation and development of casino patrons with limited supervision and independent judgment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

•Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.

•Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.

•Assists guests with any questions, concerns or problems.

•Understanding of overall departmental/company procedures, promotions, programs, strategies and any other relevant information pertaining to the casino operation.

•Maintain complete comprehension and knowledge of the club point system, comps, and enrollment of new club members.

•Make arrangements for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork.

•Books hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request.

•Prepare daily shift report and detailed player development reports for management as needed.

•Assist in the development and coordination of special events and promotions.

•Successfully complete strategic initiatives as assigned.

•Communicate guest concerns, complaints and requests to the necessary department or supervisor.

•Assist other departmental requests in regard to guest history or player tracking as necessary.

•Maintains high levels of visibility on casino floor.

•Responsible for generating and achieving specific revenue goals by developing new and existing high-end play, both on and off property, through personal player contact and telemarketing initiatives.

•Oversees delivery of amenities to high-end level guests in accordance with established policies and procedures by analyzing guest’s play.

•Recruits new mid-high level players through various marketing activities such as direct mailers, telemarketing, referrals, on-floor monitoring of play and off-site functions.

•All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•High School diploma or equivalent.

•Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

•Minimum 3 years gaming experience in Player Development or related field/experience.

•Previous casino player tracking and casino applications experience preferred.

•Skill in operating business computers and office machines in a Windows environment, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and presentation software (such as PowerPoint).

•Ability to interact effectively with high-end guests and possess conflict resolution skills.

•Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions.

•Ability to work effectively and make independent decisions with minimal supervision.

•Demonstrate leadership ability with the ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner and appearance.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
