JOB SUMMARY: Ensuring excellent guest service in a timely manner and providing a consistent quality product. Assist the bartenders and cocktail waitresses to ensure they have the products needed. This will ensure guests have a fun and exceptional experience during their visits.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
•Ensure alcohol is served according to the company alcohol policy.
•Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
•Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized bar.
•Responsibilities include maintaining the liquor tree system, keg system and stocking all bars with bottled product.
•Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests.
•Use daily maintenance of all bar equipment and POS systems.
•Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
•Knowledge of all promotions and events
•All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Excellent customer service skills
•High School graduate or equivalent
•Must be able to complete TIPS training and receive a Basset Card.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
•Respond to visual and aural cues
•Read, write, speak, and understand English
•Able to work flexible shifts
•Knowledge of all bar equipment, Alcohol Beverage Control regulations and gaming laws.
•Ability to handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
•Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 40 lbs.), stretch, bend, stoop and standing for long periods of time.
•Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
