Inkjet Technician - Customer Service

Technician needed to complete our customer service team!

Our Cartridge World location in Moline has a position available immediately for Inkjet Technician and Customer Service. Responsibilities will include answering phones, taking orders, completing walk-in order sales, helping customers, keeping sales and customer areas clean and organized, using clean communication and follow up to ensure customer orders and concerns are address as quickly as possible, setting up service-call appointments, readying empties for recycling, and ensuring delivery records are filed and ready for quick reference.

Hours of availability must be 9am to 5pm and 12pm to 8pm M-F and every 3rd Saturday 10am-6pm totaling 40+ hours a week. Rarely we may need help on a short shift on Sundays, but that would be very rare. Wages will be determined based on applicant experience, education, and capacity to perform.

Applicant is required to have some retail experience as we need all employees to have the ability to assist our customers and make sales.

College degree is preferred, but not required.

Applicant should be comfortable with skilled repetition, have an eye for technical detail, and strive for perfection in the products we produce. We offer a great and stable work environment, and a friendly staff focused on accomplishing big things with teamwork.
